As businesses grow and take on more sales people, they need to be sure that the sales team is productive and profitable. This programme covers the core skills of sales management and leadership needed to lead a winning sales team.

Greater Confidence on the Telephone (1 day)

 

This course will help anyone who takes inbound telephone calls to become more confident, effective and productive in their job by improving their key telephone skills, discovering a tried and tested model for handling customer resistance and learning to become more assertive in their communication style.

 

On completing the course attendees will be more:

 

§          Assertive on the telephone

§          Able to control the conversation

§          Effective in dealing with difficult customers

§          Successful in building productive business relationships
